Website privacy

You do not need an account to read this website. Its code is designed to provide information and local tools without intentionally tracking your behavior.

Original privacy-boundary illustration

A static website window is separated from an external-service window by a clear boundary. A single user-choice marker crosses that boundary, showing that copying text, opening email, or visiting another site happens only after the visitor chooses an action.

At a glance

What the website code does not intentionally do

  • No account required: reading public pages does not require a website account or sign-in.
  • No intentional analytics or advertising: the website code does not intentionally use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cloud accounts, or behavioral profiling.
  • No feedback collection: feedback is not sent to or stored by this website.
  • No site-created persistence: the website code does not intentionally create cookies, use local storage or session storage, or install a service worker.
  • No automatic remote runtime assets: website presentation assets are local. External destinations are followed only when you choose a link.

The Listening Room

Feedback stays local until you choose otherwise.

Nothing is sent or saved by this website. You choose whether to copy your feedback or open your email app.

Reviewing feedback happens in the current page. Choosing Copy asks the browser to place the prepared text on your device clipboard. Choosing the email action opens your email app with prepared text; it does not send the message automatically.

Your email app and provider handle any message you decide to send. Email is not anonymous because your address normally accompanies the message.

Beyond this static site

External services have their own privacy practices.

Links to Facebook, thepalace.app, the public Palace Directory, compatible-client information, and other external destinations leave this website. Those services decide what they collect and how they operate.

Standard hosting or server logs may exist at the hosting-provider level and are outside this static site's code. This page does not claim whether a provider keeps particular logs or how long any provider retains them.

The privacy behavior of a Palace client or Palace server is separate from the privacy behavior of this website. Consult the relevant client, server, and provider information before using those services.

Share with care

Keep sensitive details out of ordinary feedback.

Do not include passwords, credentials, private messages, server security details, vulnerabilities, exploit instructions, precise location, medical information, or private personal records.

If you choose email, include only what is necessary and remember that ordinary email is not an emergency or secure-reporting service.

Questions

Ask about website privacy.

You can contact Avatar Palace at avatarpalacechat@gmail.com. Opening that link uses your email app and provider; no message is sent until you choose to send it.

This page describes the intended behavior of the static website code. It is not a privacy certification, legal opinion, promise of anonymity, or claim about systems outside the website.
